Amadel Boarding School is the school of choice of the superrich, and it has its very own education system, that consists of twelve years:
PRIMARY SCHOOL
Primary school provides general subjects that have to be taught to young children. It's divided into two different sections:
LOWER PRIMARY SCHOOL:
-1st (6-7)
-2nd (7-8)
-3rd (8-9)
UPPER PRIMARY SCHOOL:
-4th (9-10)
-5th (10-11)
Subjects are in three languages: English (mother tongue), Spanish (Second language) and French (Third language)
SECONDARY SCHOOL
Secondary school gives students an introduction to our "Area" system, where students pick an area they'd like to focus on. Here they get a chance to pick between three Areas: Science, Humanities and Arts. Secondary school students still get common subjects such as History, Maths, Spanish, French, and others.
Secondary school only has three grades, with no sections:
-6th (11-12)
-7th (12-13)
-8th (13-14)
HIGH SCHOOL
High school is where we get more into our Areas, with two chances to either change or stay, and it is divided into two sections:
LOWER HIGH SCHOOL (Generalized Areas):
Students can choose between Science, Humanities and Arts, with a wider variety of knowledge, and no common subjects.
Lower High School consists of two grades:
-9th (14-15)
-10th (15-16)
UPPER HIGH SCHOOL (Specific Areas):
In this section, our students are guided more into what they want to be. The Areas divide into branches:
-SCIENCE: Physics/Maths - Chemistry - Biology/Medicine.
-HUMANITIES: Pilosophy - Law - Language.
-ARTS: Plastic Arts - Audio/Visual Arts and Technology - Stage Arts
It consists of another two grades:
-11th (16-17)
-12th (17-18)
